Sad face, but don’t worry too much. Send the Soho Social team an email at and we’ll work through your concerns with you.

We require your password for API access - this is so we can control part of your interaction, so we can like photos on your behalf to create interest back to your profile. We will never login ourselves and we can’t see your password - the website inputs this on our server, we also don't store it!

VERY! We can’t see your password details, It’s linked to Instagram's API. The way you log in with us is the same way as logging in through the Instagram app/website. Our privacy policies are taken very seriously! Don’t believe us? Read them here.

Hang tight, we will get to you as soon as we can!

We ask for you to provide us upon sign up with 8 high followed (minimum of 10k) usernames of users that target the same audience as you and that have the same type of Instagram as you. This is because we interact with their followers. They clicked follow for that user because of what they provide, the type of posts they are posting and/or the industry that they are targeting. This means there following will most likely follow you back if you pick your usernames well.

Yes, we can change your target accounts, hashtags, comments or location if you would like to at any time. If you forward us new usernames with a high following, hashtags and/or locations to, we can make those changes are made as soon as possible. Please also confirm your IG username in response.

We are constantly engaging with people 24/7! If you prefer to set a scheduled time for when we are engaging with people, this can be so also.

We do apologise, however, please note, we are targeting followers of the usernames, hashtags, and locations you give us. These are determined by you as we like and comment randomly on posts, so that is why we I can't stress enough how important it is who/what you chose your Instagram usernames and hashtags to be.

If you would like, perhaps provide us with some new usernames, especially ones that will most likely only be followed by your target audience - same with hashtags, try to send us some that only your type of preferred users would use, then this will knock out anyone with inappropriate posts that we have engaged with.

Please contact us on and we will be more than happy to help make these amendments to your account.

Of course, you can! We use these comments randomly on posts so trying to keep them as generic as possible is best. Please send us a list of comments that sound more like you or that you prefer at We would recommend emoji's as the best type of comment as these can mean more than one thing when posted.

Most certainly! We can add two options here… 1) Set your profile so we do not interact with anyone you have manually followed 2) Add in a blacklist. This means we can add Instagram usernames that we do not interact with under and circumstances.

Our comments we use are from a list you provide and we use these comments to interact with the usernames of the followers you have given us. The comments you give us are chosen and commented at random, which is why we recommend to give us generic comments to use. Like I said we do not have to use this feature of you feel it wouldn't work for you.

No, not at all. Our system knows the difference - we'll never unfollow anyone you choose to follow yourself.

This can be one of many reasons. Please contact us at and a member of staff will get back to you as soon as they can.

The interaction comes from mainly you, you need to make sure you are replying back to ALL Instagram users who interact with you. So this includes private messages, anyone who follows you or comments on your posts and for extra engagement do this for anyone who likes your posts. This is what your competitor would be doing and we would highly recommend this! Another great alternative is to post about 5 or more posts on your Instagram story daily, this is then a kind of like 'behind the scenes' for your followers to see.

Instagram has hourly limits for liking, if you like too many photos/videos they will block you temporarily, this can last up to 24 hours. We can always turn down the power a little so it doesn’t happen again.

In order to reduce spam, Instagram doesn't allow anyone to follow more than 7,500 people. We would recommend unfollowing anyone you wish to not follow anymore.

This is something we do not currently track for you. Your progress and growth is something that can be tracked by you.

No, they will not! The followers you have gained while using Soho Social are yours. Remember, the followers you have gained are following you because they actively chose to, they are showing interest in your profile and who or what you have to offer.

100%, all of your followers are organic followers. People who will only follow you if they are interested in your account, you will notice new followers, more comments and more post likes, these are people who are showing actual interest in your content.

We would recommend posting once a day or even twice if you can as this is what your competitors would be doing. Make sure you post high-quality content and engage with anyone who likes or comments on your posts as this will give you a higher chance of growing your following and for them to stay.

Yes! We can like and comment on hashtags that are relevant to your target audience. However, adding hashtags to your own posts is for you to do when you decide to post.

If this is something that is of interest to you, please send us a short list of hashtags that relate to your profile for us to engage with. Before sending your chosen hashtags please check them to see if the type of people using that hashtag are the right type of audience and traffic that you want to be attracted to your Instagram.
